These Terms govern access to and use of Venta de Fincas, operated by App Design Consulting SL. By registering or using the site, you agree to be bound by them.
What Venta de Fincas is
A listings portal for rural properties and country estates. We are not a real estate agency; we do not represent either party and do not take part in negotiations, viewings, deposits or sale/rental agreements that may arise between users. Any agreement is made exclusively between the advertiser and the interested party, at their own responsibility.
Capacity to contract
To register, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Registration and account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when registering, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Content published by users
By publishing a listing, you declare that the information (including the legal, registry and planning status of the property) is truthful, accurate and does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law, and you grant Venta de Fincas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, store and display that content for as long as the listing remains published. We reserve the right to remove, without prior notice, any listing that breaches these Terms, contains false information, or is the subject of a well-founded complaint.
Paid plans
Some features require a paid plan, managed through Stripe; current prices are shown on our plans page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand, which you can manage yourself from your account. When you purchase a plan or a credit pack, the service starts immediately; if you expressly confirm on the checkout form itself that you request this immediate start, you understand and accept that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) from that moment.
Prohibited use
It is prohibited to publish fraudulent listings or listings for non-existent properties; to use the contact form for purposes other than enquiring about a property; to attempt to circumvent the contact-unlock system; and any use that breaches applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The software, design and brand of Venta de Fincas belong to App Design Consulting SL or its licensors.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Venta de Fincas is not liable for the accuracy of listings published by third parties, for damages arising from transactions between users, or for service interruptions not caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence on our part. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.
Suspension and closure of accounts
We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the security section of your account; note that this action is irreversible.
Dispute resolution
Users acting as consumers can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes with users acting as consumers, the courts of the consumer's domicile will have jurisdiction under applicable law; for all other cases, the parties submit to the courts of Granada (Spain).
Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect legal or service changes; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice within the service.
