This policy describes how App Design Consulting SL, as the owner of Venta de Fincas, processes the personal data of people who use the platform.

What data we process

Account data (name, email, phone number if provided, encrypted password); listing data (property location, photos, description, price); data an interested party includes when contacting an advertiser (name, email, phone, message); billing data, handled directly by Stripe (we never store your card number, only a customer identifier); and anonymous/pseudonymous browsing data if you accept the analytics category in the cookie preference centre.

What we use it for and on what legal basis

To manage your account and provide the service you request, and to process contacts between buyers and advertisers (performance of a contract); to manage payment for plans through Stripe (performance of a contract); to send you transactional emails such as account verification or new-contact notifications (performance of a contract); to measure site usage anonymously/pseudonymously (consent, revocable at any time); and to comply with legal obligations, such as tax obligations.

Who we share your data with

Your data is never sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is shared only with the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, who act as data processors: Stripe (payment processing), IONOS (hosting of our technical infrastructure), and the outbound email provider that sends transactional emails on our behalf.

International transfers

If any of the providers above were to process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would be covered by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep your data

Account data is kept while the account remains active; if you request its deletion from your account, it is anonymised immediately and irreversibly. Listings are kept while published or in draft. Contact messages are kept while a legitimate relationship with the listing exists; if the sender has an account and deletes it, their contact details are automatically anonymised while the message addressed to the advertiser is kept. Billing data is kept for the legal retention periods that apply to invoices.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data. You can exercise several of these yourself, without waiting for a reply by email: correct your account data from your profile, fully delete your account from the security section of your account, and withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie preference centre. For any other right, or if you don't have an account, write to us at contacto@venta-de-fincas.com; we will reply within one month at most.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This service is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect a minor's account, we will delete it.

Security measures

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (password encryption, encrypted HTTPS connections, access control) to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Analytics and measurement

When you accept the analytics category in the cookie preference centre, the data we measure is minimised and pseudonymous: it never includes the content of your enquiry messages or exact price or location data. See our cookie policy for full details of what is measured and under what conditions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes; the version published on this page is always the one in force.
